Normal hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £22,000-£23,000k (depending on experience)

Location: Hagley Road, Birmingham- 100% Office Based.

Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a Fast-growing company in which they specialise in Short-term Property rental and Property management services.

They are looking for a Lettings Administrator to going their busy growing team.

The main role and responsibilities a Lettings Administrator will be, but no limited to.

  • Effectively and efficiently manage a portfolio of properties & AST tenancies.

  • Maintaining relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders, always ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Keep the lettings system up to date and accurate at all time.

  • Organise repairs where possible and seeking keen quotes for landlords, whilst ensuing works are carried out in a timely manner.

  • Managing utilities across your portfolio

  • Acknowledge and manage tenant complaints ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently taking any appropriate action.

  • Administering references, contract, inventories & help guides prior to tenancy commencement.

  • Co Ordinating and undertaking day to day administration associated with the letting and management department

  • Ensuring procedure at all stages of the application are completed effectively and efficiently

  • Complete the end of tenancy process including checkout reporting.

  • Manage end of tenancy disputes ensuring they are dealt with quickly and effectively using evidence gathered.

  • Organising deposit releases following tenant check out.

  • Produce weekly reports.

Previous experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent

  • Previous experience in the Hospitality industry would be desirable but not essential

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good management and prioritisation of workload

  • Ability to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines

  • Work individually or in a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work

  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and formatting skills

  • Capable of using your initiative

  • Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable
