JOB TITLE: Receptionist


LOCATION: Taunton town centre


SALARY: £19K -£21K dependant on experience


HOURS: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (1 hour for lunch)

You will be working within a small, friendly, down to earth and flexible team for a company that really value their staff.


THE ROLE:



  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and providing an excellent service

  • Scanning in post onto electronic filing system

  • Opening client files and updating information

  • Providing admin support to the team

  • Liaising with clients

  • Setting up rooms for meetings


THE PERSON:


This role will suit someone who is looking to start a career in the legal industry. Alternatively, if you have administrative experience within a regulated environment then this could be a good career move for you. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join an innovative firm and in due course work your way to Legal Executive / Solicitor level. The ideal person will need good IT skills, good attention to detail, be able to build successful working relationships and pride themselves on delivering an exceptional service to customers. An organised and proactive attitude is key.
