Legal Admin Assistant

Permanent, Office based for first 6 months

£25,000 - £26,000, great benefits package with 25 days plus BH, pension, incentives, study support and huge progression opportunities!!


Hours: 9am to 5pm

Start date: Asap!


An outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, independent legal firm as an Administration Assistant located in the Chipstead or Kingston branch.

You will support the sales team by assisting them in all areas of administration and helping with ad-hoc projects. You will be confident and a quick learner with a positive attitude and if successful, will have the opportunity to grow within the business within a legal position or the sales team.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

  • Updating systems and files

  • Data entry and reporting

  • Invoicing and payments

  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects

  • Supporting team with all administrative tasks

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Experience within an administrative role

  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
