Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with a fast paced and innovative team for a Permanent Lead Generator. The role is perfect for someone who has either cold calling experience within B2B or potentially B2C/Customer Service based role but is interested in a Lead Generation and Sales role. Based in West Lothian, salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience (+Bonus). The core hours are Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm and is a fully office-based role.

Role Overview

You will work alongside the Managing Director to learn the business inside out and give you all the tools to be able to build additional business bhy generating leads and appointments with new clients for this highly successful Facilities Services company. You will have excellent communications skills, spelling and grammar, good knowledge of Microsoft platforms and software, be motivated and driven and there are excellent career progression opportunities. Experience within a cold calling, lead generation or sales role would be advantageous as would Facilities Management experience.

Duties include:

  • Work with the Managing Director hand in hand to learn the ropes of the business

  • Develop leads, business opportunities and generate appointments with potential new customers

  • Work on inbound leads and website enquiries, the more of which you will receive as your closing rate increases

  • Targeting prospective clients, building business relationships to target new business

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for the company and recommending new business opportunities

  • Keep client and account information up to date on internal systems on CSR software

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience of cold calling and or B2B Business Development experience is essential

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Ability to demonstrate good negotiation and objection resolution skills

  • A motivated and quick learner

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages with ability to adapt to new systems

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a part of a team

  • Demonstrate company's key values and behaviours
