9.00am - 5.30pm

City of London - Hybrid Working (2/3 days in the office per week)

A leading Law Firm are seeking a driven individual to join their team as an L&D Assistant, based in their head office in London. This role is super varied, you will be supporting the Head of L&D and will support the overall team function This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and progress within an international firm.

  • Support the Head of L&D with various administrative and coordination duties

  • Create and manage training and development packs

  • Manage employee registration and general queries

  • Manage internal trackers and online systems

  • Set up projects and meetings - diary and inbox management

  • Ensure records and kept up to date and maintain confidentiality

  • Amend, collate and research various training materials

  • Responsible for the evaluation of processes alongside the Advisor

  • Assist and coordination events in London - Travel may be required across Europe

  • Provide digital support for online events

  • Maintain and develop internal and external working relationships

  • Cost management

Is this you?

  • A driven, dedicated and passionate HR professional

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • Must have some relevant experience and/or knowledge of HR and L&D

  • Able to build and maintain strong working relationships

  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office

  • Excellent attention to detail, creative, professional approach, personable and a positive working attitude
