Senior Scheduler | Key Accounts
Full time 40 x hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Hours of work: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Located in Chertsey (Surrey)
Salary £35,000 + excellent company benefits

Do you have an exceptionally strong scheduling background? A brand new and exciting opportunity has become available working for a successful company in the property industry, to work as a Senior Scheduler with direct responsibility for key accounts! Due to successful company growth, our client has a new opportunity for an experienced scheduler to take accountability for delivering on site services to major clients. The ideal candidate will take personal responsibility to schedule incoming bookings in multiple diaries, to ensure that agreed KPI's and SLAs are met while delivering the service excellence which is at the heart of the company's reputation. A background working within property/lettings industries would be desirable but is not essential for this role, scheduling backgrounds from a variety of different industries are considered valuable to succeed in this role. the company is a fun, fast paced and very productive place to work making it the ideal work place to take the next step in your career!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Schedule all incoming jobs for company top key accounts.
* Ensure delivery of scheduling plans within agreed timescales.
* Monitor customer requirements and demands consistently.
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and implement them accordingly.
* Achieve client and company expectations through management of KPIs and SLAs.
* Continuously seek to develop and improve quality standards/systems.

Candidate Specification & People Skills:

* A team player - but also able to work on own initiative.
* Able to prioritise a busy workload.
* Excellent geographical knowledge of London and Home Counties
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* IT Literate - excellent knowledge of Excel & MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Have demonstrable relevant experience.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
* Precise attention to detail.
