Job Title: Key Accounts Support Executive (Creative Products)

Salary: Up to £26,500

Location: Wakefield, Parking on Site

Hours: 08:30 -17:00, Monday to Friday, Office Based

Start: ASAP

The company we're recruiting for have recently invested in their structure to ensure a smooth and efficient service for their clients and they now require a customer-focused Account Executive to support a Key Account Manager.

Based within the friendly and diverse Customer Service department, you will be assisting the wider team with their day-to-day queries as well as working closely with the Key Account Manager, their clients and projects. You will have an inquisitive mind, an eye for spotting trends and patterns along with a passion for giving great customer service at all times.

Within your new role as Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to the department

  • Analysing data to identify trends and new business opportunities

  • Assisting the Key Account Manager with project administration, presentations, research

  • Once you are have undergone the journey of on boarding and have sound understanding of the business and your role you will then begin building relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and processing their orders

Skills/experience required for this position:

  • Passion for Customer Service

  • Intermediate Excel Skills - you will need to create and manipulate Pivot Tables and vlookups

  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data and understand the trends
