We are currently seeking a Junior Showroom Coordinator to join our client's organisation on a permanent, full-time basis. If you are a confident, outgoing, and organised individual with a personable attitude, this could be the perfect role for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Scheduling showroom tours and reminding team members
Managing shopping orders for showroom supplies, food, milk, cleaning items, stationary, etc.
Assisting with event organising, including booking venues and ordering supplies
Completing vendor forms for suppliers
Assisting with HR-related tasks
Coordinating with renovation services such as fire extinguisher servicing, etc.
Managing ADT Alarm, resetting alarms, and ordering fobs for new starters
Liaising with the cleaning company
Assisting with key cutting
Generating printer reports, ordering ink, and paper supplies
Handling client Christmas gifts
Managing WFH Shopify orders
Dealing with general office issues such as doorbell maintenance, utilities, and more
