JOB TITLE: Junior Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer

HOURS: 09.00am - 17.30pm


START: ASAP


SALARY: £20,000- £25,000 per annum


LOCATION: London, Spitalfields (walking distance from Liverpool Street station)

A bit about the company & role:


Our client is recruiting for a Junior Recruitment Coordinator. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their energetic and innovative recruitment team!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Sourcing and screening candidates daily

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates by communicating with them regularly

  • Act as an exceptional support system to the consultants by finding new talent and successfully filling vacant roles

  • Always ensure an efficient service is provided to clients that exceeds their resourcing requirements

  • Manage hot lists of candidates, to ensure you have the very best available candidates in your specialist market

  • Optimise all opportunities to sell the services of the company


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • A confident and effective communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills, an individual who has the drive, ambition, and hunger to work within recruitment

  • A self-motivated and determined individual who has a warm energy and a charismatic personality to fit in with the team, confidence is key!

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment (at any level) is essential

  • An individual who is keen to learn and grow in their career - as long term progression opportunities will be available
