PA to MD - HYBRID! 3 MONTHS +

JOB TYPE:

COMPANY:
Our client is a leading corporate construction company which is based in the heart of Liverpool Street within stunning offices.

HOURS:
08:30 - 17:30pm

SALARY:
£14.44- £16.84 per hour (£30,000 - £35,000 p/a)

LOCATION:
Nearest Tube: Liverpool Street *HYBRID WORKING*

This company has a corporate and professional culture with a very fast paced atmosphere. This role would be perfect for a candidate with a team administration assistant background who is looking to branch into more of a personal assistant based role.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Diary management for the Group Legal Director

  • Arranging necessary travel and accommodation for the team when required

  • To partake in several administration tasks for the team

  • Preparation of meeting agendas, taking minutes and ensuring the meetings are actioned and completed

  • Booking internal and external meeting rooms and providing/booking refreshments when allocated to

  • Reconciling expenses from the director and company

  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal use

  • Typing, printing, distribution and filing and archiving of correspondence and reports


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience in administration is required

  • Experience within general PA duties needed: complex diary management, arranging travel and taking minutes

  • Reliable and personable

  • Ability to be professional in corporate environments

  • Very organised

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Able to use Microsoft Platforms
