JOB TITLE: Junior PA
COMPANY: Growing fitness app
HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm
START: ASAP, unfortunately we are only able to consider notice periods of less than 1 week
SALARY: £25,000 pa
LOCATION: Remote until December, from January you will be based in the Shoreditch office

Our client is seeking a Junior PA to join their expanding family (team)!


They are an online fitness/lifestyle app that are passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle that is accessible for all!


This intimate, close knit team are looking for a professional individual looking to develop their career as a PA, unfortunately to be considered for this position you will need to have at least 1 years' experience in an administrative position.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:



Junior PA



  • Primarily focused on providing support to the current Personal Assistant and Business Owner

  • Coordinating and booking meetings including photoshoots

  • Keeping other staff members informed of changes to daily/weekly schedule

  • Researching and booking travel and accommodation

  • Keeping track of actions and preparing agendas for meetings

  • Providing support to the Business Owner in managing personal tasks on an ad hoc basis

  • Recording and submitting expense claims

  • Assisting the Personal Assistant with ad hoc administration tasks

  • Providing excellent customer service including messaging and emailing customers, providing technical support on the app


Social Media



  • Monitoring Instagram activity replying to direct messages, likes, posts and comments

  • Updating Facebook page with videos, monitoring and filtering posts



Skills, Experience and Attributes:



  • Effective communication skills are super important for this role, you will be liaising with the public via social media!

  • Excellent organisational is a must for any aspiring PA

  • An individual who is proactive, confident, focused, and efficient

  • Self-motivated and able to hold their own

  • Previous administration experience is essential to be considered for this position

  • Qualification in Fitness either degree or equivalent
