Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-level administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth operations.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimise the team's productivity.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Assist with special projects and events, coordinating logistics and providing support as needed.

  • Prioritise and multitask efficiently to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks effectively.


Qualifications:



  • Enhanced DBS is essential for the role

  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is highly desirable.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
