Exciting and Innovative PR, Communications & Branding company is seeking an Office Manager to join the team. We're looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced and growing environment, is highly organized and can multitask effectively. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the office space and creating a clutter-free work environment while also helping to maintain the company's HR documentation and day to day finance management.

Office Management

  • Annual renewals and administration of insurance policies

  • Travel and meeting organisation

  • Supplies management

  • Be a friendly face to greet guests

  • Assist in beautifying presentations and documents for clients

  • Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the team

  • Assist with P&L and cashflow forecasting

  • Manage the expenses software, including importing transactions

  • Diary management of the Managing Director

  • Booking of meetings, restaurants, and venues

  • Inbox management

  • Onboarding and new starter forms

  • Managing holiday

  • Management of recruitment and new starter process

  • Managing and running payroll

About you:

  • Be educated to A-level or above

  • Have good communication skills.

  • Be a team player.

  • Be able to multi-task.

  • Have previous Administration experience

  • Have strong organisational and time management skills.

Any design skills and knowledge of Adobe InDesign are a plus!

This role would really suite someone who would like a career in PR/Communications. There's lots of opportunities to help out on the account management side if they wish (and if they have time), and the team are quick to give opportunities to anyone who shows interest in a certain area.
