Job Details:

  • Junior Office Manager

  • Up to £28,000 *depending on experience

  • Permanent role - ASAP START

  • 8:30am- 17:30pm

  • City of London (Fully office based)


  • Managing and supporting the front of house desk and barista area

  • Diary and email management.

  • Meeting arrangements and setting up meetings.

  • Liaising with and greeting visitors.

  • Supporting the admin team with general duties.

  • General day to day coordination and administrative duties.

  • Managing the office stock orders and dealing with deliveries.


  • Some office experience is ideal.

  • Someone with exceptional customer service skills and who is able to provide the best support to employees and clients.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.

  • Someone bubbly, approachable, social.

  • Able to work well with all levels of seniority.

  • Someone who is happy to be client facing in a busy environment and also provide administration support with a focused approach.
