START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

SALARY: £18,000- £22,000 pa * Depending on experience

Our client is seeking an outstanding Office Assistant! They are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about embarking on a career in which their contributions are respected and valued.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Supporting exciting marketing activity with exposure to all areas

  • Acting as a support system to the entire management team

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as making presentations

  • Ordering couriers and taxis as necessary and recording details of each transaction for invoicing checking

  • Assisting the organisation and running of events e.g., Christmas party, summer socials etc

  • Supporting with all day-to-day administration duties


  • A proactive individual with excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail

  • An outstanding communicator with the ability to hit the ground running, personable and approachable

  • The ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

  • To build trust, value others, drive execution and foster innovation

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

  • The ability to prioritise and work accurately under pressure to tight deadlines

  • 6 months - 1 year minimum corporate office experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are essential
