Junior Creative Assistant - Windsor - Luxury

Hours: 9am - 6pm, or 8.30 - 5.30pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Are you an ambitious, hands-on, creative person looking for an entry-level dream role with a leading luxury global brand and pioneer of sustainability? Working for a niche company, as part of a fun and dynamic friendly Marketing team you will have the opportunity to support events, exhibitions, and press engagements. The job is set in an office in the beautiful heart of Royal Windsor with parking. They are looking for a positive person with a "can-do" attitude and a real team player.

About the role;



  • Supporting the Marketing and Design team, you will be the go-to person in facilitating projects that include photoshoots, video shoots, exhibitions, and events

  • Organising the shoots and all the necessary equipment

  • Organising transport and packing all of the products/equipment. Ensuring it arrives on schedule

  • Booking lunch and refreshments

  • Supporting the designers, photographers, warehouse, and operations teams with anything that is required

  • You will be the main point of contact for the external press agency

  • Processing press loans onto SAP

  • Liaising with the PR team, to keep loan entries up to date

  • Keeping a press library folder up to date and available for Marketing

  • Tracking press loans

  • Supporting the design team with ah hoc creative projects

  • Assisting the PR team with any administration and organisation of VIP events and gifts


About you:



  • Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Art, Graphic Design, or similar

  • Experience working in a luxury brand is beneficial but not essential

  • Highly organised and able to with internal and external teams

  • Comfortable user of MS office and beneficial Adobe Photoshop and InDesign but not essential
