Job role: Administrator - Social Care

Salary: £21k

Location: Bromley

Hours: 9am-5pm 5 days a week in the office


  • Provide Personal Assistance to the Office Administrator and HR Manager across all areas of the business to support regulatory compliance with Care Quality Commission requirements and meeting business objectives.

  • To provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and the Admin team, including filing, taking messages and responding to telephone calls, type standard letters as required.

  • To carry out some administration involved with the recruitment process such as preparing application packs, sending out packs to potential applicants (either via post or electronically), filing completed applications and pre-employment documentations appropriately

  • Undertake general administrative duties including incoming and outgoing mail, general typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, collating information, and promptly and professionally answering and redirecting all calls/emails.

  • Carry out general administrative duties such as assisting with maintaining and updating training records.

  • Maintain the office filing system in an acceptable state and to be aware of the location of all information.


  • Previous experience within an office carrying out admin tasks

  • Confident with liaising with senior members of the team

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft, excel and word

  • Happy to work alongside animals (therapy dog)

  • Social care qualifications / interests
