Junior Administration Assistant

SALARY: £18,000*

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • General administration support alongside Office Manager and Coordinator

  • Assisting with distribution of post and mail to other team members

  • Photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing

  • Answering calls from the reception overflow and covering reception at lunch time

  • Setting up meeting rooms, arrangement refreshments for guests

  • Managing documentation, recording on system, sending reminders and following up

  • Putting away stationary supplies, managing the tidiness of the store and post room

  • Preparing and collecting documents and parcels with delivery services

  • Supporting the wider team with events, guests and setting up internal or external events

  • Lunch runs for senior members of team when required

  • Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Recent school leaver or graduate seeking first or second role

  • No specific experience required, customer service and communication skills are important

  • Self-motivated, friendly, and personable attitude

  • Happy to get stuck in, a very hand on fast paced role

  • Willingness to assist others in the office and be the go-to person.

  • Ability to complete tasks within required time frames

  • Excellent team player
