Job Details:

*Italian Speaking Front of House Office Manager

Fluent in English & Italian

Full time, permanent

9am - 5pm

£30,000 - £35,000 *Depending on experience

Close to Bank Tube Station - (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

  • Extensive diary management, booking meetings, and international travel arrangement

  • Managing and carrying out important administrative for clients and updating them with progress and timescales

  • Organising all meeting room booking requirements including refreshments and travel/accommodation

  • Handling the day-to-day mail (inbound and outbound), including courier bookings

  • Dealing with office compliance through regular auditing

  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers, and dealing with all office maintenance

  • Organising and leading all health & safety inspections and staff training

  • Managing stationery and IT inventory

  • Helping with the Front of House area, meeting and greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate place

  • Any ad hoc requests, including supporting the teams where necessary


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Previous experience within a similar role within a corporate environment

  • Fluent in English and Italian (Written and Verbal)

  • A candidate seeking a super varied support position

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise

  • The confidence to liaise with and support all levels of seniority

  • An individual with a 'can-do' attitude who will act as the 'go-to' person for the entire office

  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
