Title: IT Procurement Administrator
Role Type: Temporary until January 2024
Work Hours: 30 Hours per week - 6 hours per day (5 days per week)
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £14.92 per hour
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Procurement Administrator.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Core responsibility is the procurement of IT Hardware, IT Software, Standard and non-standard IT Accessories from our registered vendors. Getting Quote for non-standard items, buying from catalogue items, creation of Purchase orders, Good receipts, delivery from vendors
- Preparing Reports in excels like for Telecoms, Mobile services,
- Updating records in MS teams, SharePoint, Excel, ServiceNow tickets or Requests
Skills:
SAP - Basic user knowledge
Service NOW: Basic user knowledge
MS Office - O365 - Very good knowledge specifically with statistics/reports/Excel/Process models
Languages - Good business England, other language is an advantage
Strong Team Player - Work experience in an International environment
Can work under pressure and good capacity to understand the priority work
Education:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma (Not mandatory)
Relevant Procurement work experience is an advantage
