We are looking for someone just like that. We have an IT First Line Support role which is working for a really nice, friendly team who need some additional help. There are many projects happening to get involved with, therefore the role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude who works well as part of a team and enjoys talking to people.
You will be responsible for taking calls, fixing basic level issues and also referring cases to 2nd/3rd line support. Someone who can take down detail and pass on accurate information is also key. In addition this a huge site and some of the projects will require someone to be more hands-on too.
It really is an excellent opportunity if you are thinking of getting into IT and just need a bit of experience to broaden your CV. Fabulous team, huge scope to do many things and weekly pay too.
