Position: Specialised Technical Support
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: up to £27,000 DOE
Term: Full Time Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday with some weekly travel

Do you have relevant experience with 1st and 2nd line support?
Do you want to work in a company where you can develop and grow as the company does?

While not critical, experience with supporting VoIP environments and Microsoft Office 365 would be advantageous within a telecomms industry.

You will be the escalation point for our partners, direct customers and team members. Primarily, you will troubleshoot, implement and administer customer's voice environments across multiple platforms and technologies, progressing onto designing and developing solutions.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, customers and management in a team environment.

  • Mentor and serve as the escalation point to other team members.

  • Proficient in documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer.

Weekly travel will be required between Bristol & and other sites in the south west.
