Salesforce Lead



OA Executive is excited to have partnered with a rapidly growing business who have been growing successfully since 2004. Due to continued growth within their organisation they are now looking for a Salesforce Lead to join them. The purpose of this role is to administer their Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business as well as working to train the team to use the system effectively.




  • Act as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets business needs and supporting end user requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact for all training needs both ad hoc and bespoke training needs

  • Maintain and customise functionality using configuration and where needed build new functionality

  • Work with stakeholders to identify future development needs

  • Ensure the integration between Salesforce and surrounding systems are stable, checking error logs and resolving issues

  • Evaluate new releases for the system to determine functionality requirements

  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management

  • Build customer reports, dashboards and workflows

  • Managing all Salesforce security



The ideal candidate for this position will possess advanced Salesforce business practioner experience and will ideally, but not essentially, possess a Salesforce ADM 201 certification. You will possess the ability to train users in Salesforce and write both basic and complex training documentation. You will have excellent configuration ability and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines.



Furthermore, you will be a confident communication, a flexible thinker with creative problem-solving skills and a methodical approach with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, will be capable of owning your own workload and have excellent analytical skills.
