Job Title: Invoice Administrator


Salary: £21k


Location: Aylesford with parking


Role: Full time + permanent


Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5pm // Friday 9-4pm



The Role:



  • Responsible for generating sales invoices for the company

  • Liaising with the service department to ensure invoices are correct

  • Ensuring jobs are complete on system to ensure efficient and timely invoicing

  • Contacting clients to ensure they have received their invoices

  • Resolving any customer queries in relation to their invoices

  • Chasing for payment on overdue invoices


You will be joining a small finance team consisting of an Accounts Manager and three Accounts Administrators. This role is a permanent, office-based role. They use Sage and Excel so experience with these systems would be advantageous.
