Investment Administrator


£20,000pa - £24,000pa rising by £1000 after successful probation period


Annual bonus of up to £3000pa


Nr Cranbrook - driver essential and full time office based role



  • Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm

  • Annual Leave - Starting at 20 days rising to 25 days with 3-8 years of service

  • Bonus Scheme - part of annual employee bonus scheme

  • Pension - 3% company contribution

  • Birthday off after 1 year of service if falling on a week day

  • Medical Insurance - Offered after 1 years service

This successful business is keen to recruit professional and driven individuals in their beautiful countryside offices. Supporting a small team of adviser's to meet with clients and action all follow up communication, documentation and administration associated with each account.


Being the main point of contact after each meeting, you will have the opportunity to speak to clients via phone and email in order to set up their account. Providing a high level of customer service has been key to the success of this business therefore they require people who will take pride in offering this.


Typical duties include collating information, following up on outstanding details, maintaining client files, preparing calculations, liaising with third party suppliers and all associated administration and tracking of the process.
