International Planner

Our Client based just outside of junction 16 in Swindon is looking for an International Planner to join their team (You will need a High level of fluency in English, French and German for written and spoken communication).



Job Responsibilities



  • Plan, acknowledge, check and confirm all orders including online sales

  • Communicate effectively with retail Partners ensuring sales processes are correctly followed.

  • Inform and advise retail partners of any order delays that may occur by phone and by email

  • Group together sales orders in preparation for despatch

  • Manage the order book of the International retail accounts

  • Answer queries and provide the customers and retail partners with correct and appropriate information on all of our products by phone and by email.

  • Ensure all relevant administration is carried out using the company's database to record and track all orders, from the orders being received through to the product being delivered to the Customer.

  • Plan all bespoke and customised order working closely with internal teams

  • Maintain Spreadsheets and produce reports on a weekly basis using MS Office Software

  • Work with all Partner and Neptune stores to arrange white glove services

  • Point of contact for all 3PL communication and invoicing.



Skills and Qualifications



  • High level of fluency in English, French and German for written and spoken communication.

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook as well as strong administration skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience of working in a similar environment.


Excellent Analytical Skills
