Job Role: Internal Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Birmingham

Duration: Ongoing Temporary Contract

Pay: £11.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm), 40 hours per week

Office Angels are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to work for a reputable global retailer within their UK based European Head Office. Offering your skills and expertise; you will assist with delivering high quality recruitment coordination across corporate business functions and you will work collaboratively alongside a small recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition with all recruitment requirements. This a great stepping stone to building a career as a recruiter and you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities to enhance your skill set. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, high energy, the ability to bring new ideas and assist with the implementation of continuous improvements.

  • Working closely with senior management and hiring managers to assist with recruitment

  • Screening candidates against specific selection criteria

  • Coordinating interviews

  • Providing password resets on a cloud-based talent management software

  • Ensuring all candidates have an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback

  • Recording / updating applicant tracking system (ATS)

Experience / Skills required:

  • 1-2 years recruitment coordination or recruiter experience (desirable)

  • Demonstrated experience of recruiting for a broad range of positions

  • Ability to co-ordinate high volume interviews

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret applicant data for candidate selection process

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels

  • Great organisational skills, with critical attention to detail.

  • Responsive with a strong sense of urgency

  • Competent IT skills
