Outstanding opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to support the HR team with recruitment activities across all of their international offices. This individual will have full oversight of all recruitment and will manage the recruitment cycle from role identification through to offer acceptance from the candidate. The role will also provide generalist HR support to the HR team with the breakdown in time roughly 75% hiring and 25% HR support. The role will report into the Head of HR. This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Hours: 9.00 - 17.30 (Flexible hours offered)

Location: City of London

Main Duties:

  • Acts as the central co-ordination point for all recruitment activity globally overseeing all vacancies

  • Works with the LM to create new JD's and post roles on Linkedin and company website

  • Actively sources potential candidates for roles subject to business requirements

  • Screening, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates

  • Coordinating interviews with the candidate and hiring managers

  • Provide generalist HR support to the HR team including acting as a back-up to the HR Manager with issuing contracts, onboarding, offboarding etc.

  • Manages Linkedin learning assigning new hires and taking off leavers, creating learning paths and managing end of probation learning paths and producing quarterly reports

  • Provides other ad hoc HR support to the HR team as and when needed

  • Managing the recruitment inbox and sending relevant applications to individual teams

  • Primary candidate contact - keeping them up to date on the process and sending rejection emails and providing feedback


The qualifications and experience required to perform this role successfully are:

  • Degree level education or equivalent

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required

  • Excellent written and editorial skills

  • Must have 2 years' experience working in recruitment hiring for Cyber roles

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A proven ability to work unsupervised

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A proactive approach and a willingness to work outside the job specification when required
