Office Angels are so excited to be recruiting for an Internal Account Manager based in Maidstone. Working for a well-established, friendly but hard-working team, this is a role would be ideal for someone who has sales experience.



Job Title: Internal Account Manager


Location: Maidstone


Salary: £25k-£28k


Hours: Monday-Thursday - 8.30am-5pm Friday 8.30am-4pm

The role:


Do you enjoy working as part of a team to achieve goals and target? This maybe the right position for you. This will be a very busy role for someone who is self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive attitude to work. You will need to be able to build positive relationships with suppliers and potential customers to achieve sales targets whilst supporting the external sales team.


As the Internal Account Manager your key responsibilities would be:




  • Acting as a first point of contact to the client and building strong relationships.

  • Preparing accurate quotations and executing them.

  • Selling a range of manufactured products that are imported from their European site.

  • Professionally handling complaints and queries to ensure satisfactory resolutions.

  • Updating the internal CRM with customer information and ensuring all details are kept up to date.

  • Supporting in the ongoing review of the pricing process and discounts collaboratively with the external sales representatives.



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:



  • Previous experience in sales or customer services.

  • Desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Building relationships with existing and new members.

  • Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients

  • Feel confident to constructively offer their opinions to ensure the best outcomes for clients and to resolve complaints.

  • The vision of adding technical detail when reviewing client drawings.
