Interim Internal Recruiter



Our client is a well-established government organisation who enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day are looking for an Interim Internal Recruiter to assist with a new project.



This exciting role could be an ideal step for someone with recruitment experience within the Civil Service.



Our client is offering a hybrid working structure with 1 day in the office per week, their offices are based in Canary Wharf.



Hourly Rate: £18.10ph


Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)


Duration: Temporary for 6 months

Duties of the role:



  • Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications

  • Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for the client company

  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates

  • Liaising with line managers to schedule and arrange interviews for applicants

  • Managing correspondence with new starters, issuing offer letters, contracts of employment and more

  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters

  • Ensuring compliance for all candidates is met in line with the policies and procedures i.e. right to work and references

  • Setting new starters up on HR System and organising training for new starters

  • Being the first point of contact for queries



Requirements:



  • Previous experience within recruitment and onboarding

  • Experience within the Civil Service with an understanding of policies and procedures

  • Excellent IT Skills, MS Office and CRM experience

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
