Our client, a leading company in the FX trading industry, is seeking an Interim HR Manager to join their dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting their global objectives and ensuring the smooth running of their UK HR operation. They are a small team in London and have a headcount of 20 people, so are keen to have a candidate with SME experience in a stand-alone role.

🔍 Job Summary:


- Industry: FX Trading


- Role: Interim HR Manager


- Contract Type: Temporary - Starting next week until end of June


- Daily Rate: £275 - £310 per day depending on experience


- Working Pattern: Full Time in the office


- Location: City of London - closest stations Bank/Liverpool Street/Fenchurch Street



💼 Job Responsibilities:


As an Interim HR Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Maintaining and updating HR processes, policies, and contract templates.

  • Recruitment and onboarding/offboarding new employees.

  • Providing HR support to managers and employees.

  • Managing compensation and benefits.

  • Handling payroll and HR administration tasks.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Supporting global HR projects.



🎯 Qualifications and Experience:



  • Degree in HR-related subjects

  • CIPD qualified preferred

  • Professional financial services HR experience is ideal

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation

  • Experience working in a multinational, regulated environment
