Role: Installations Planner Co-ordinator


Job Type: Temp to Perm


Pay: £10.00 per hour


Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday)


Hybrid Working Available (3 days in office / 2 days remote), following 3 - 4 month training period



Location: Aston (Birmingham)


Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Installation Planner Co-ordinator to work for a reputable equipment and services provider located in Aston (Birmingham). This organisation offers a range of tailored support services throughout the UK and are committed to providing state of the art solutions to all customers. The Installation Planner Co-ordinator is a pivotal role to the business where you will have daily liaison with clients and regional / national sales departments to oversee and control a team of Installation Engineers and Sub Contractors.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Loading live jobs onto a database platform

  • Uploading job pack documents as PDF documents

  • Submitting job pack confirmation to Supervisor's with date and engineer's details for all pre-booked work

  • Collating job packs for engineers (to include drawings)

  • Sending confirmation details to client

  • Storing hard copies of job pack information

  • Job planners to be updated with planned works

  • Sending email correspondence to engineers for planned work to include specs, drawings, project plan, site contacts, dates of works,

  • Any other duties in line with this role or requested by management


Skills/Experience:



  • Co-ordinating / Planning experience required

  • Project management experience (desirable)

  • Excellent customer service

  • Demonstrate a high level of confidence, self-motivation and initiative

  • Have a great communication skill

  • Ability to work on own initiative, to resolve issues and proactively to avoid problems

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Have a flexible and willing approach to work

  • Team player

  • Good working knowledge/experience of computers including MS office software
