Yearly Salary: £22,700.00 - FULL TIME OFFICE BASED - PERMANENT

Inbound customer service advisor working within one of the UK's largest utilities providers, in Warrington, Cheshire.

  • Duration: Full-time, permanent position

  • Hourly rate: National Living Wage!

  • Location: Office-based, in Warrington.

  • Contract type: Full time and Permanent

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday: 40 Hours Between 08:30 - 17:30

Bringing or developing your existing customer service skills to this role will let you make a valuable impact on peoples' lives. You'll be right there in the midst of it all, listening, fixing, prioritising and - most importantly - being the voice of our brand that our customers remember.

You will work on behalf of our client, at the forefront of the energy industry, supporting their customers with all of their energy needs - and ensuring they receive a fair, consistent and transparent service at all times.

We will train you on our systems and processes and place you in a highly supportive team/environment where it is always okay to ask questions. Learning is the foundation of all excellent customer service. It never stops!

What we need from you:

  • Ideally 6+ months experience in customer service, contact centre, sales roles or retail roles

  • Problem solving abilities

  • Dealing with pressure/difficult situations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Commitment

  • Willing to be yourself and also work as part of a wider team

  • A desire to develop your skills and abilities further
