The role - Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Location - Glasgow City Centre (walking distance from Glasgow Central)
Hours - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only
(no evening or weekend shift working)
Contract - ongoing

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Customer Service Administrators to join our temporary team based in our client's modern city centre office. As you are joining an existing team there were be plentiful support on hand and training will be provided.

To be considered for this role you must be able to start work immediately.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and provide a pivotal service to their customers through gathering information and talking them through the process required to open their case.


* Taking ownership of inbound enquires - recording accurate information on each call
* Providing customer service excellence at all times
* Listening to client information and communicating in a clear and concise manner
* Keying accurate information notes on to the database
* Type follow up notes and make diary entries
* Arranging appointments
* Liaising with clients and third-party companies

Essential candidate skills:

* Previous customer service/administration experience
* Excellent IT skills
* Positive attitude and desire to go the extra mile for each client
* Strong and confident communicator with a polite telephone manner
* Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
