Short term contract role - Pensions Administrator


Are you an experienced Pensions Administrator looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our client is seeking a talented individual who can join their team and make an impact. If you have advanced Excel skills, along with experience in invoicing and budgeting, then this could be the perfect role for you!


You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the pension administration process. This will involve working closely with the rest of the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of pension transactions. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key as you handle a high volume of data and documents.


What you'll be doing:



  • Processing pensions calculations and ensuring accuracy of data

  • Handling queries from scheme members and providing excellent customer service

  • Assisting with the preparation of pension scheme reports and communications

  • Collaborating with the finance team to manage pension fund budgets

  • Using your advanced Excel skills to create reports and analyse data

  • Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and tasks as required


What we're looking for:



  • Proven experience in pensions administration (advantage)

  • Strong knowledge of pension schemes and legislation

  • Advanced Excel skills (essential)

  • Invoicing and budgeting experience (essential)

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
