Our client, a well-established financial institution, is seeking an experienced Administrator with a background in finance to join their team on a temporary basis.


In this role, you will hit the ground running and support the team with all things admin/data entry. You will assist with maximising the effective running of the administration team, all while supporting the achievement of organisational goals and objectives as required.

Duties



  • General client administration

  • Data Entry

  • Process and monitor new business using CURO event lists

  • Creating Client Review Packs as trained by the Administration Manager

  • Ensure Advisor Office is updated with all relevant information

  • Contact clients to book in for reviews, in line with client review process

  • Answering phones

  • Post meeting letters as required

  • Updating client Factfinds

  • Ensure continual compliance with GDPR regulations

  • Data Cleansing


Skills & Experience



  • Prior experience as an administrator (min 2 years)

  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation

  • Confident with data entry

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills

  • Broad experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask

  • Remain calm when faces with conflicting demands

  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving

  • Demonstrates positive attitude towards work
