We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Manager. The role will be based West of Aberdeen and on a permanent basis.

Duties include:

  • The successful candidate will support the business with the people strategy

  • Reviewing policies and procedures

  • Supporting projects and company growth agenda

  • This role will on occasion require travel including offshore visits

Experience required:

  • CIPD qualified

  • Experience in a HR Manager/Advisor position (TUPE experience is essential)

  • Ability to handle a diverse workload and prioritise tasks

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to analyse and evaluate information concisely

  • Dynamic team player with a flexible approach

  • Confident using Microsoft Office
