Job role: Part-time HR Advisor

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata + excellent benefits

Job Type: Part-time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours of work: 3 days - flexible

Location: Longbridge

Our innovative and forward-thinking client based in Longbridge, are currently recruiting for a part-time HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your previous HR experience and work in a standalone HR role supporting the company and its 50 employees.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Generalist standalone role with HR Administration duties

  • Recruitment - onboarding, new starter contracts, job advertisement and selection

  • Handling any employee issues

  • Support performance management and development of employees

  • Support the finance department in preparing payroll

The successful Office Administrator will possess the following skills:

  • HR generalist experience

  • CIPD qualification is an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to build people relations and credibility

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Presentation skills with an exceptional attention to detail
