Our client a leading Fitness, Sports and nutrition brand is seeking an HR administrator to join their buzzing and fun office in the heart of Holborn! Understanding of Employment Law would be a bit help!

JOB TITLE: HR Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: £25,000-£30,000 depending on expertise

COMPANY TYPE: Fitness and sport

HOURS: 9:00am to 5:30pm

LOCATION: Chancery Lane

You will be supporting the HR director and CFO to ensure the day-to-day running on the HR processes; dealing with their two international offices, helping with recruitment, payroll, their Hr software, reporting and project-based work! They are seeking someone who really wants to learn and grow this role over time, taking on varied duties and learning more!

  • Work with third party payroll company to provide monthly changes for UK and International.

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

  • Liaise with expert HR external resource when required on technical HR issues.

  • Keep up to date with changes in regulations and update the Employee Handbook in line with them

  • Produce regular statistical reports on HR information such as starters, leavers, turnover, sickness absence, other absences, ethnic monitoring etc.

  • Assist Line Managers in finding appropriate training courses.

  • Assist with Visa applications, and act as Authorising Officer for Tier 2 Visas and be responsible for managing Sponsorship Licence.

  • Office support duties.

  • Assist with the whole employee life cycle, this is not limited to; induction, performance management, onboarding, development, exit interviews.

  • Manage administration of Company Benefits i.e. healthcare, life assurance etc (including USA and IT offices).

  • You have relevant experience in a HR admin role.

  • You have basic knowledge of labour law and HR processes

  • You excellent organisational skills

  • Exposure to International Employment Relations would be beneficial

  • Knowledge of HR management practices

  • Ability to work to deadlines and within defined standards

  • Ability to compose and produce standard letters and reports using Word, Excel, Outlook.
