**ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED HR ADMINISTRATOR AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY AND LOOKING FOR YOUR NEXT ROLE BASED IN THE WEST END**


JOB ROLE: HR Administrator


JOB TYPE: Temporary - Rolling monthly contract


SALARY: £15.00-£18.00 PH


COMPANY: Entertainment


LOCATION: West End, London


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • New Starter Process - draft contracts/ send welcome boxes/ new starter emails/ chase new starter info for on-boarding

  • Send weekly/ monthly reports, such as IT/ Workspace/ Expenditure etc. (New Starters/ Leavers/ Maternity Leavers/ Job Changes)

  • References

  • Auditing

  • Letters - leavers/ job change/ salary increase (approved by HRA)

  • Keep personal files up to date

  • Ad hoc duties when required (reviewing on-boarding process/ support with internship/ apprenticeship programme)

  • Collate and complete data reporting for OfCom statistics

  • Assist in redesign/rewording/ conditeny of Policies

  • Manage identity validation checks (third party) into the onboarding for all new employees

  • General first point of contact for HR Queries

  • Responsible for all casual worker payments via time-tracking

  • Email Casual bosses re. monthly deadlines - chase time-tracking

  • Keep on top of casual worker email inbox - pay queries

  • Process casual worker leavers (casual worker checking extract)

  • Supply copies of payslips and P45

  • Help with benefits queries

  • General first point of contact for Payroll queries

  • Point of contact for Pension queries and point of contact for Gallaghers.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Excellent understanding of HR and payroll processes is essential

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook

  • Process driven

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner.
