**Amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator who has a keen interest in beauty to work within a Luxury Beauty Head Office**


JOB ROLE: HR Administrator


JOB TYPE: Temporary


COMPANY: Luxury Beauty Head Office


HOURS: 9.00am- 17.30pm


SALARY: £12.00 - £14.00 PH


LOCATION: West End, London


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Managing New Starter/Changes/Leaver administration process for Head Office and retail employees from a HR perspective both contractually and through ADP and HR.net

  • Obtaining references for new employees

  • Issuing references for ex-employees

  • Management of retail Christmas party budget sign off

  • Maintain electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible - regularly deleted and archiving information

  • Updating annual LTO benchmarking information

  • Photocopying where necessary

  • Christmas temp contracts

  • Collation of teams' holiday and movements

  • Organisation of HR team meetings

  • Weekly updates to E-Comms for website recruitment updates

  • Support HR Coordinator with the recruitment of Seasonal Sales Advisors

  • Ensuring all vacancies are advertised internally and externally

  • Maintain relationships with Beauty Schools and colleagues

  • Inducting DC employees

  • Induction of freelancers/temporary agency workers

  • Sending of welcome email ahead of new starters first day

  • Payroll administration where necessary

  • Support with the annual Pay Review and bonus communications

  • Sending out starters and leavers email processed through payroll to stores for final checks.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Extremely high attention to detail

  • Process driven

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Understanding of retail environment

  • Customer focused

  • Happy to also help with basic admin tasks

  • Understanding of HR and payroll processes is essential

  • Use of HR Net and/or ADP is advantageous.
