HOURS: 8.30am - 17.45pm | Monday - Friday


SALARY: £35,000 pa

We are looking for a HRIS super user to support the company's HR systems, to demonstrate your expertise and be the 'go -to' person for your HR colleagues. You'll be a problem solver, with strong technical and reporting skills.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Act as a Super User for our HR Systems

  • Ensure data capture is complete and accurate and reflects the management information requirements

  • Manage behind the scenes changes

  • Provide training to others in our systems use and functionality

  • Maintain relationships with the system providers, log system issues and progress, participate in weekly meetings, attend training sessions on updates for the systems

  • Partner as appropriate with IT to ensure we understand how our HR Systems link in with other systems

  • Problem solving issues that arise with systems and liaison with the IT systems support team to resolve in a timely manner

  • Produce various reports on a weekly / monthly basis

  • Create standardised and ad-hoc reports, liaising with the HR Shared Services team on business unit requirements and support the wider HR team in their reporting requirements for the Business

  • Advise HR users regarding the manipulation of reports where these do not meet exact business requirements

  • Carry out project work in relation to the maintenance and development of our HR systems

  • Assist with Benefits Reporting / Data Cleansing


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous HR Systems experience (including being a Super User of HR Systems)

  • Strong excel, analysis, reporting and systems skills required

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal required

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is of high importance in this role

  • Commitment to accuracy and pays attention to detail

  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise their workload

  • Able to quickly build trust and credibility with their stakeholders
