OA Executive has partnered with a growing professional services business in their search for a Senior HR Officer to join them and take responsibility for their graduate recruitment. As part of a large HR team, this role will see you take responsibility for supporting the business with graduate recruitment, rewards, learning and development as well as employee relations.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take responsibility for the following:

  • End to end recruitment, including the development of end to end recruitment strategies, predominantly for their graduate scheme

  • Maintain the use of the online recruitment portal

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers across the business

  • Maintain active relationships with third party recruitment agencies, ensuring value for money at all times

  • Manage and take ownership for the graduate recruitment lifecycle

  • Work to ensure the diversity and inclusion agenda is reflected across the recruitment strategy

  • Coordinate all recruitment campaigns

  • Deliver the full employee lifecycle for trainees

  • Acting as an ambassador for the business to ensure the continuous development of their profile and reputation

  • Prepare management reports

  • Budget management

  • Overseeing the production of recruitment materials and training strategies for colleagues

  • Introduce new technology for recruitment purposes

  • Attend recruitment and career fayres, seminars to attract the highest calibre of candidates for the business

  • Running and administering training sessions and assessment days

  • Manage ER case work for your client group

  • Handle all HR issues that arise, acting as a main point of contact for your own client group

The successfully candidate will have a solid background in working at HR Officer level, ideally from within a professional services environment such as finance, banking or legal. You will be well versed in handling the trainee recruitment process and lifecycle. You will ideally be educated to degree level, will ideally possess a CIPD qualification and will have experience of managing ER issues from start to end.

You will be professional, have first class communication skills, will be pro-active in all that you do and will be comfortable working autonomously. You will be self-motivated, have excellent stakeholder management skills and will enjoy managing a varied workload in a busy and often demanding environment.
