HR Shared Services - Reporting and Admin Lead - Hybrid

Location: Ashford, Middlesex

Salary: £35,000

We are currently supporting a global leader in their field, located in Ashford, Middlesex. They are looking for an analytical HR specialist to support with reporting and managing an Administration team. They are in an exciting place as they are growing and there is a huge opportunity to develop with them, whilst working as part of a collaborative fun team.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will review and update scheduled reports

  • Generate reports, analyse data, and prepare updates for managers

  • Analyse and report on trends and variations to include monthly and quarterly requirements

  • Prepare presentations for meetings

  • Managing the HR Admin team of 2, delegating work, and ensuring all information is passed to payroll. Making sure that business SLAs are met

  • Train and coach, your team, managing their performance and giving regular feedback

  • Drive continuous improvement of HR admin procedures, documentation, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements and avoid duplication.

  • Building relationships across the shared services team, ensuring that business processes are maintained and updated as ISO requirements

  • Ensure employee personnel files and electronic records are held in compliance with Data Protection Act and that they are complete and updated.

  • Handle escalated queries from the HR Admin team

  • Ensuring all trackers are kept up to date.

  • Suggest and support the implementation of improved ways of working and take a lead role

  • Supporting the HRSS with any projects as and when required

About you;

  • Previous experience in a HR position working with the employee lifecycle

  • CIPD level 3 qualification, but this is not essential and the business will support you if you wanted to complete in the future

  • Experience using a HRIS system, preferably Workday but this is not essential. And MS Office packages, an advanced user of Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal
