JOB TITLE: HR & Recruitment Administrator

LOCATION: Exeter / Honiton / Hybrid

SALARY: Up to £25,000 plus bonus

BENEFITS: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays ,Up to 10% Bonus, 6% Contributory Pension from Company

HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday

TYPE: This company will consider offering this role as a permanent role or a 6 month fixed term opportunity for the right person.

THE ROLE: The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to busy HR & Recruitment team. This is a permanent role with a growing company and fantastic career prospects. For the right candidate there is lots of scope to climb the ranks within the department. This is a busy and varied role which would really suit someone a people focused administrator who enjoys spinning plates!

Key duties will include:

  • Managing the recruitment onboarding process (e.g. sending offer letters, probation forms and contracts of employment)

  • Compiling and sending new starter packs

  • Advertising jobs and pre-screening candidates

  • Arranging and supporting with interviews

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies

  • Inputting and updating employee data

  • Recording performance data

  • Preparing disciplinary and performance information

  • Ad hoc admin to support the team
