JOB TITLE: HR Recruitment Administrator!


COMPANY: Luxury Hotel and Property Management!


CONTRACT: 3 months!


HOURS: 9:00am - 18:00pm (hybrid working 3 days in 2 days from home)


START: ASAP


SALARY: £27,000pa


LOCATION: Liverpool Street- hybrid working style, a mixture of working from home and in the office!

Our client is a global and luxury property management company who have a huge portfolio of properties based across the globe! They are looking for some interim recruitment administration support to help the team with a very busy period of recruitment. You will love all things recruitment and enjoy areas of project management and managing the full recruitment cycle! This is a superb opportunity to grow your recruitment and HR skill sets!


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


Responsibilities



  • Provides recruitment and administrative support to the HR Department on all aspects of the employee lifecycle

  • Assists with all aspects of recruitment and selection, including Applicant Management System (ATS) management, posting job adverts, interviewing, pre-employment paperwork, immigration document checking and drafting on-boarding paperwork

  • Work with the HR Manager on adhoc Recruitment projects

  • Undertakes all aspects of daily departmental administration

  • Manages employee data, both paper and electronic

  • Supporting the HR team with GDPR Compliance and administration related to that

  • Liaise with candidates directly ensuring answering any queries and questions


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Demonstrable experience of strong administration skills

  • Experience within Recruitment and HR Administration

  • Experience in using an ATS (Applicant tracking system)

  • Exposure into GDPR

  • Self-motivated but also a good team member who can work quickly and efficiently in an organised manner

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and visual

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Proactive attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
