The HR Advisor will provide generalist HR advice, support and administration in relation to over 200 employees across the Channel Islands and London.
Duties and Responsibilities:
� Employee Relations & Engagement ensuring fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied throughout.
� Supporting change management projects as and when required.
� Case management as and when required.
� Performance management, talent management & succession management.
� Training and development support, including coaching and mentoring.
� Reviewing and owning Induction and Exit processes.
� Reward, including assisting with Payroll and management of annual pay review and bonus project as and when required.
� Supporting regular monthly, bi-annual and annual reporting of HR Data in line with business and local government requirements.
� Review and implementation of processes and procedures including forms and templates.
� Assisting with the organisation of Company-wide events.
� General ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, etc)
Skills / Qualifications:
� Preferably fully qualified HR Professional & CIPD Member with a strong HR Generalist background.
� Proven extensive HR skills across varied Departments and / or Sectors.
� Proven experience within HR in a busy commercial environment.
� Solid commercial and financial awareness with strong people skills.
� Outstanding organisational, accuracy and prioritisation skills.
� A strong team player.
� First class interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
� Have a proven hands-on attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
� Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel and HR Software.
� Ability to work independently and proactively.
