Role: Immediately Available HR Operation Coordinator


We have partnered with an exciting 'start up' looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join them immediately for 9 months! You're a whiz in all thing's admin - as comfortable with a Word document as you are with Excel. You don't mind juggling a few different balls and love the nitty gritty. You come with energy and are full of ideas. You're sparked by a fast pace and new challenges. JOB TYPE: Temporary - Available Immediately - You must be available immediately if you apply for this role


HOURS: 09.00am - 6.00pm


SALARY: £15 per hour


LOCATION: London - This role is based in the client's office in W12

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Get up to speed quickly with our ATS & DocuSign to create and send employment offers, contracts and all other new hire administration

  • Initiate background check screening and monitor each case; notify the relevant HR Business Partner of any discrepancies or issues that may affect a start date

  • Ensure 'right to work' checks have been completed and work with the relevant Business Partner to co-ordinate any visa requirements

  • Develop in house software knowledge to system admin level and be able to run reports on various recruiting metrics

  • Review new hire returned forms for completion and accuracy; process and disseminate required paperwork to Payroll and Benefits teams

  • Create all employee and benefits files; maintains I-9 forms (US) and all other relevant local admin

  • Ensure that all new employees are setup on our core HRIS, BambooHR

  • Support our international Payroll providers (particularly the UK) with payroll input, ensuring key deadlines for submission are met

  • Work with Facilities to set in motion process for getting an employee pass, etc.

  • Work with our IT colleagues to ensure all equipment is requested in advance of start date and relevant system ID's, email address, etc. are generated ahead of day 1

  • Ensure all employees are met at least virtually on day 1 to run through the local on-boarding presentation

  • Update our HRIS, Benefits and Payroll systems with leaver details

  • In the UK and RoW, ensure that any outstanding leave is calculated and added to final pay

  • Work with Facilities and IT to ensure that company equipment from Leavers (laptops, badges, parking passes, etc.) is returned

  • Develop knowledge of company health & welfare benefits; acts as a resource to answer basic employee questions, as necessary

  • Acts as back-up to the HR Ops Analyst and is able to conduct a thorough and complete New Hire Orientation for newly hired staff

  • Assist as needed during annual Benefits open enrolment

  • Be a key contact for our UK employees on HR issues as well as 'front of house' facilities support as needed
