We are currently recruiting for a HR officer on behalf of a Worsley based client. This will be a full-time, ongoing temporary role and will be 100% based. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates must have an enhanced DBS or be willing to undergo an enchanced DBS check.

This will be a varied and busy HR role where you will provide comprehensive support to the senior management team and will be responsible for ensuring that HR matters are dealt with consistently, effectively and according to best practice.

The main duties of this role will be:

  • Recruitment - oversee recruitment process including advertising roles, arranging interviews and communicating with applicants and hiring managers

  • Payroll - update monthly payroll changes and communicate these to staff and line managers

  • Absence management - maintain absence records, run reports and flag any triggers

  • Safeguarding - ensure safeguarding within recruitment and keeping records up to date

  • Adhoc HR related duties as required

Previous HR experience at this level is essential and candidates for this role must be CIPD qualified or working towards their CIPD. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a busy workload on a daily basis.
