£27,000 per annum


8am - 4pm



Office Angels are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client, a school based South of Manchester City Centre. We are looking for applicants who have experience of a stand alone, generalist role.



Duties will include but are not limited to:




  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers

  • Recruitment

  • Absence management

  • Maintaining records

  • Payroll

  • Inductions

  • Assist with any ER cases

  • Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues




We are looking for:




  • Previous experience of working in a standalone, generalist HR Advisor role

  • Ability to work on your own initiative

  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships

  • Up to date knowledge of employment law

  • Level 5 CIPD

  • Any experience in education or with safeguarding would be desirable




Salary: £27,000 per annum


8am - 4pm Monday - Friday


Office Based
